Refund Policy for Incorrect COD Orders

In case we mistakenly send you a parcel with Cash on Delivery (COD), and you had already made a payment, please contact us for a refund via our Instagram page (because mistakes happen).

Delivery Information

  • ​Order Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes 4 days for delivery. However, delivery may take up to 7 to 10 days. If your order is not delivered within 10 days, feel free to contact us on Instagram or via email.
  • Karachi Urgent Delivery: If you're in Karachi and want Bykea delivery, extra charges will apply for urgent delivery. To request URGENT delivery, please send an email to: purplestore.com1@gmail.com.
